Anwen Edmonds

Rehabilitation Assistant

Anwen worked in the NHS (National Health Service) in Wales, UK, for 22 years. The first 10 years, she worked as an Occupational Therapist Assistant, covering Stroke Rehabilitation, Orthopedic, Neurological and Surgical. The last 12 years, she has been working as an Occupational Therapist and a physiotherapist assistant in Palliative Care, based in the Day Hospice and Community. Part of her Day Hospice activities would include group work, such as relaxation, adapted Tai Chi, gentle exercise and cookery. She enjoys running, cycling and hiking.

Anwen is also a qualified Reflexologist and Reiki Master, registered with the Association of Reflexology UK and the Reflexology Association of Canada.
