Creative Therapy Consultants specializes in Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), which are comprehensive assessments of an individual’s physical and cognitive abilities in relation to job demands. These evaluations play a critical role in determining readiness for return to work and in supporting long-term disability and insurance-related decision-making. Our FCE approach is client-centred, evidence-based, and individually tailored to meet each person’s functional profile and vocational requirements.

With offices throughout British Columbia’s Interior, Northern, Island, and Lower Mainland regions, as well as in Calgary, Creative Therapy Consultants has developed strong partnerships with industries including forestry, mining, insurance providers, and long-term disability organizations. Our team has worked closely with various insurance companies to support return-to-work planning and has provided assessment services to businesses and private organizations across Western Canada. Clients value the thoroughness, objectivity, and accuracy of our evaluations, which help facilitate safe and sustainable workforce re-entry while minimizing the risk of re-injury.
