Kristin Peters

Occupational Therapist

MSc OT, BSc KIN (Hons)

Kristin holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University in Halifax. As a Senior Occupational Therapist with Creative Therapy Consultants, Kristin maintains an active clinical caseload while also fulfilling leadership responsibilities within the organization. She is currently spearheading the opening of Creative Therapy Consultants’ first Alberta branch in Calgary. Kristin is registered to practice in Alberta and provides services across both Albert and B.C., including virtual occupational therapy support for BC-based clients.


Kristin’s clinical expertise spans ergonomics, job demands analysis, functional capacity evaluations, workplace wellness, and rehabilitation. She brings extensive experience supporting clients across long-term disability (LTD) files in Alberta and British Columbia, MVA insurance claims, graduated return-to-work (GRTW) programs, and mental health rehabilitation. Kristin has a particular passion for ergonomics and functional problem-solving, applying a practical, evidence-informed lens to help clients optimize performance, safety, and sustainability in both work and daily life.


Kristin is deeply committed to helping clients achieve meaningful personal and professional goals, empowering them to return to roles and routines that support long-term health and quality of life. She lives in Calgary with her young family and values maintaining a balanced approach to both her professional practice and family life. Kristin’s client-centred philosophy, clinical leadership, and commitment to excellence make her a valued member of the Creative Therapy Consultants team and the communities she serves.


Kristin currently works with WCB Alberta and supports clients across private insurance, MVA, LTD and FCE files in both Alberta and British Columbia. She is AADL certified and experienced in navigating complex insurance and funding systems to support timely, functional outcomes for her clients.
