Creative Change Employment Program, part of WorkBC, is funded by the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction
At intake, we will work with you to develop your individualized action plan for change. Then, you’ll only take the workshops or training courses that you need. You might access counselling and/or be referred to community services that you believe will help you move forward. We’ll help with your job search from resume creation to interview preparation and provide you with continued support through your first year of employment.
