Hi new team! My name is Taylor, and I am a Kinesiologist in the West Kootenays. I am super excited to serve my community in a new way with Creative Therapy! I grew up in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. I moved to Trail, BC after I graduated from the University of Regina where I studied Human Kinetics and Health Promotion to receive my Bachelor of Kinesiology. My boyfriend and I are enjoying living in Trail. I love being active; I live on my snowboard in the winter – and I chase trail after trail in my hiking boots in the summer – so the transition to BC Life was a natural fit. My role as a Kinesiologist is very rewarding – as I love helping people return to their active lives after injuries – I also enjoy helping people reach new fitness goals! Taylor serivces the Trail and Castlgar regions.
