Susan Jordan

Susan began her career in the healthcare industry as a Care Aide before transitioning into the restaurant business alongside her husband, Duane. Together, they owned and operated a pub, where Susan managed the office and business operations. After selling their restaurant just before the pandemic and ultimately deciding not to reopen the pub, Susan shifted her focus to new opportunities.

She first worked in a chiropractic clinic before moving into a payroll position with a large construction company. Over three years, she developed a strong foundation in finance and administration, and while she valued that experience, she was ready for a new challenge. Susan is grateful to have joined Creative Rehabilitation Services as an Accounting Technician, where she is excited to contribute her skills and enthusiasm while learning about a new industry.

Family is Susan’s greatest priority. She and her husband have three children: Jayden, who lives in Kelowna; Kalli, who is studying fashion in Florence, Italy; and Josh, who is in his final year of high school. With her children growing into their own lives, Susan is eager to invest her time and energy into meaningful work where she can grow, connect, and contribute.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys walking, Pilates, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. She can often be found exploring Penticton with her dog, Kylo.
