Jett Flexman

Occupational Therapist

OT

Hi, I'm Jett, an Occupational Therapist with clinical experience across both pediatric and adult populations, with clinical experience in ASD, ADHD, mental health conditions, and lifelong genetic conditions.

My path into allied health began in 2019 as a therapy assistant, and after two years of hands-on experience while I was studying, I completed my Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University in Geelong, Australia, in 2023. Since then, I've practiced for 3 years in Australia and, in early 2026, relocated to Canada to continue growing my practice and expanding my reach.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to meeting clients where they are. I take time to listen to each person's story, understanding how illness, diagnosis, and lived experience shape their daily life across mind, body, and spirit, and I work collaboratively to set goals that are truly meaningful to them. My approach is person-centred and holistic, with a focus on building occupational capacity and overall well-being.

I believe that occupation exists in a broader context, and that the best outcomes come from understanding the full picture of someone's life. Whether navigating a new diagnosis or working through long-standing challenges, I'm here to support people in performing the activities that matter most to them.
