With hands-on experience supporting individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities in both home and community settings, she is known for her compassionate approach, integrity, and strong work ethic. Erika builds therapeutic relationships founded on empathy and respect, and she consistently upholds the highest standards of professionalism. She is well-respected by her clients, their families, and her colleagues for her warmth, reliability, and advocacy.
A proud and devoted mother of two, Erika is deeply engaged in her children’s lives. Outside of work, she loves to travel with her kids, actively participates in school life and lends her time and creativity toward facilitating inclusive, meaningful community experiences. Whether it’s coordinating school-based initiatives, planning family-focused gatherings, or collaborating on local events that foster connection and belonging, Erika finds joy and fulfillment in nurturing environments where people of all ages can feel supported and thrive.
