Chelsea Wilkinson
Occupational Therapist
BSc ENVS, MSc OT | RASP Registered
Chelsea received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University. She has a passion for working with families to expand their "toolbox" of strategies to be successful and thrive in activities of everyday living. She has pediatrics experience working with Kelowna families for almost three years. Chelsea’s practice philosophy aligns well with the following quote: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”. One of her favourite parts of being an OT working with children and youth is that “I get to be creative, as each family and child is so different that the magic happens when we all work together and explore new ways of trying things”. She believes that a strength-based approach paired with early intervention strategies can powerfully influence a person’s potential and engagement in daily living. When Chelsea isn’t collaborating with her clients and their families, she enjoys all of the outdoor climbing and biking Kelowna offers!
