Cathryn Gale

Human Resources Advisor

With over 35 years of experience in management, bookkeeping, payroll, marketing, and customer care, Cathryn (Cathy/Cat) has dedicated her career to supporting businesses of all sizes across industries such as resources, hospitality, fitness, non-profits, and health care.

Cathy joined Creative Therapy Consultants in 2003 and has since become an integral part of the Operations Team for both Creative Therapy Consultants and Kids Creative Therapy, while also collaborating with the sister company, Seasons Health Therapies. Working behind the scenes to keep the machine running smoothly, Cathy specializes in hiring, onboarding, occupational health & safety, and all-around cat-wrangling.

A key player in building strong teams, refining processes, and maintaining a well-oiled workplace, Cathy thrives in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things moving efficiently. While she doesn’t often interact with clients directly, her work ensures that therapists and support staff have everything they need to do what they do best.

Cathy’s creativity and humor frequently sneak into her work—whether it's crafting engaging team initiatives, designing company projects, or finding fun ways to keep people on track. Though much of her role is structured, she enjoys the rare opportunities to bring a creative spark to her projects.

Outside of work, Cathy enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, photography, Pilates, and spending time with family and friends. Her Hound-Mountain Bernese, Cudi, is a well-loved addition to the office, spreading happiness whenever he tags along.

Cathy takes pride in the teams she supports, the systems she helps refine, and the difference she makes behind the scenes. Her approach is best summed up by one of her favorite quotes:"Train people well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so they don’t want to." – Sir Richard Branson
