Cathryn Gale

Human Resources Advisor

With 35+ years of experience in management, bookkeeping, payroll, marketing, and customer care, Cathryn (Cathy/Cat) has spent her career supporting businesses of all sizes across industries including resources, hospitality, fitness, non-profits, and health care.

Since joining Creative Therapy Consultants in 2003, Cathy has become a cornerstone of the Operations Team for both Creative Therapy Consultants and Kids Creative Therapy, while also collaborating closely with their sister company, Seasons Health Therapies. She's the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps things running—handling everything from hiring and onboarding to occupational health & safety and, when needed, a little bit of cat-herding.

Cathy thrives on building strong teams, refining systems, and making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. While she doesn’t often work directly with clients, her efforts make it possible for therapists and support staff to focus on what they do best.

She’s known for infusing structure with a splash of creativity and a good dose of humor—whether she's crafting team initiatives, organizing projects, or finding ways to make billing reminders oddly entertaining.

Outside of work, Cathy enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, photography, Pilates, and quality time with her family and friends. A proud mom of four and now a grandmother to some truly amazing little humans, Cathy considers “Chief Chaos Coordinator” not just a job title—but a lifestyle. Her beloved Hound-Mountain Bernese, Cudi, occasionally joins her at the office, spreading joy (and fur) wherever he goes.

Cathy is proud of the teams she supports, the systems she helps shape, and the meaningful impact she makes from behind the scenes. Her approach is best summed up by one of her favorite quotes:
"Train people well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so they don’t want to." – Sir Richard Branson
