Amber holds a Diploma in Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle Promotion from Humber College and a bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Health Education from the University of Victoria. She has experience across community, social services, and government settings, supporting individuals across a wide range of ages, abilities, and life circumstances.
Amber has worked with diverse populations, including older adults, children, and youth. She takes a strengths-based, person-centred approach, meeting individuals where they are and supporting them to build confidence, independence, and meaningful progress toward their goals. She enjoys bringing enthusiasm and a sense of fun to her work.
Outside of work, Amber can usually be found outdoors, trail running, mountain biking, hiking, or enjoying time with friends and family.
