HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Take a holistic, team approach with clients while working with other therapy partners to implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide clients with valuable education and strategies to support their functioning at home, empowering them to be active partners in their own rehabilitation.
Stay abreast of the latest research, techniques, and best practices in occupational therapy to enhance the quality of care provided continually.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
You are registered or can be registered in British Columbia as an OT.
You respect and celebrate diversity, understanding that cultural nuances are vital in each client's journey to success.
You understand honesty, confidentiality, and integrity are more than words- but ethical pillars.
You have a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with other therapists, healthcare professionals, and support staff for comprehensive care.
ON OUR TEAM, YOU’LL ENJOY
Competitive Compensation: $50.00-60.00/hour, dependent upon experience
Sign-on Bonus: $2,500.00 for all locations, $7500 for Kamloops and Prince George.
