Shauna Osatchuk

FCE/CFC Assessment, Report and Research Coordinator

After working as an award-winning journalist in the roles of newspaper reporter/photographer – then editor – for half a decade, Shauna spent the next five years serving in the health field, receiving her optometric assistant certification via the Canadian Association of Optometrists in 2005. Following that, she worked as an accounting technician and clerk for seven years. In 2016, she joined the team at Creative Therapy Consultants (CTC); she is currently working as the Functional Capacity Evaluation/Cost of Future Care (FCE/CFC) Assessment, Report and Research Coordinator. In her role at CTC, Shauna is utilizing her experience as a writer – and her many years working within the health and accounting fields – in order to assist the Occupational Therapists who provide FCE and CFC Assessments and Reports. Shauna loves spending time with her husband and their pet cat; they have many adventures together – travelling on numerous road trips, visiting with their family and friends, working on projects at home and exploring nature. An arts and culture enthusiast, Shauna enjoys writing poetry and prose, performing and listening to music, reading non-fiction books and spending time with her loved ones while working on various creative pursuits. A lifelong advocate of mental health and social justice issues, she is also an ardent member of this company's team of Workplace Wellness Champions. Shauna appreciates being able to assist and connect with others through her work at CTC.
