Riley Kenny

Kinesiologist

BHK, CSEP-CPT, BCAK

Riley was born and raised in Kitimat; upon graduating high school, Riley attended the College of New Caledonia in Prince George where she obtained a Diploma with Honours in Kinesiology. She then continued her education at the University of British Columbia Okanagan, where she graduated with a Bachelor in Human Kinetics degree. Riley has now returned to her home town; she hopes to share her education and experience with people in the remote areas of Northern British Columbia. Riley has a passion for exercise and her aim is to help her clients by teaching them about the tools they need to succeed – whether they are rehabilitating from injury, or whether they are de-conditioned and returning to their regular activities. Riley also values creativity and enjoys bringing unique and creative aspects into her rehabilitation programs. With experience working as a physiotherapy assistant and teaching exercise classes, Riley appreciates the opportunity to work alongside two Occupational Therapists. When Riley is not working, you can find her exploring the beautiful ocean, forest and wilderness areas of the North Coast with her sister and their dogs.
