Chris Corfield

Chris believes in active rehabilitation and works with each client and their specific needs to help them work towards their own fitness goals and optimum health. He has worked with athletes ranging from professional Ironman triathlon champions and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers to `weekend warriors. He has also worked with many self-called non-athletes who simply want to recover from an injury, move toward better health, complete their first half marathon, or age gracefully. Chris and his family love Vancouver Island's active lifestyle and enjoy exploring the outdoors whenever possible. As a long-time trail runner, Chris has competed in many ultra-marathon running events and likes to hike, bike, ski, snowboard, surf, and various other recreational sports. Helping others from every fitness level reach their goals has been a driving force throughout Chris' 15+ years in fitness and wellness. Chris is a practicing Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists, with a degree in Kinesiology and Applied Health from the University of Winnipeg and an Advanced Therapeutic Massage Diploma.
