Ashley has been working in the injury rehab industry for five years. She believes that everyone deserves to have the best quality of life despite the unforeseen events that can change our lives in an instant. Ashley says, "I know it can be a challenge to show vulnerability, so I value the opportunity to provide non-judgmental, supportive care to my clients." Ashley does a great job of solving functional issues for clients by educating them about their body's biomechanics and by interpreting their physical and mental health treatment programs to simplify things for them. She loves the challenges that her work presents, and the opportunities for creativity and resourcefulness that can solve those challenges. In her working life, Ashley is passionate about building trusting relationships that assist clients' recovery, and on her days away, she enjoys being with friends and family. An outdoors person for sure, Ashley can often be found hiking, bike riding, paddle boarding, skiing, or snowshoeing.
