Kristi obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Since obtaining her Master’s degree in 2016, Kristi has worked with a wide spectrum of clients living with and recovering from various conditions. Kristi is particularly interested in the importance of mental health promotion with people living with persistent pain. Kristi takes a client-centered, collaborative approach to assisting and inspiring clients to live their authentic, best lives.
