Gina Oostlander
BHKin, BCAK
Gina grew up in the Kootenays, a place that fostered her love for exercise and outdoor recreation. Gina graduated on the Dean's list with a Bachelors in Human Kinetics at UBC Okanagan and went on to pursue a career in physical fitness and rehabilitation as a Kinesiologist. While at university, she took an interest in balance and vestibular stimulation, volunteering for three years in the SPIN research lab, and played on the varsity women's rugby team. Gina has experience working in clinical settings and recreation facilities to prioritize client's mental and physical well-being. She has worked with a wide variety of clients - from chronic pain, mental health, and athletes to back, knee, and shoulder injury clients. When Gina is not in the gym, you can find her on the local trails, she loves mountain biking, rock climbing, and back-country skiing. Gina is looking forward to serving her community in the Castlegar area - let's get moving!
