Alex Beswick

BHKin

Alex graduated from the University of British Columbia – Okanagan with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a minor in Psychology and is an active member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists. Throughout her university career, she ran on the women’s cross-country running team winning a National Championship and Bronze Medal. During the summer months, Alex actively competes in trail running races and enjoys exploring the trail network within the Okanagan area. She has experience working with physical therapists, athletic therapists, and strength and conditioning coaches learning more about how to adapt different training methods to client needs. Alex focuses on a holistic approach to better health and wellness and is excited to share her knowledge with others. She is thrilled to be a part of the CTC team and is looking forward to continuing her professional development.
