Arion Therapeutic Farm was established in 2009 as a therapeutic riding facility. Over time, they realized that visiting the farm itself was a therapeutic experience benificial to all visitors. Since that realization, the farm has evolved into a sanctuary that is open to the public, allowing all individuals to experience our serene, restorative farm setting.
The farm has many initiatives that involve wellness, compassion, education and environmentalism.
Arion’s team has a Vegan Cafe onsite. Workshops on transitioning to plant-based diet are offered at the farm, as well.
BrainTrust Canada now focuses on reducing preventable brain injury and providing support services for those affected by brain injury. We also offer education designed to inform others of the prevalence, nature, and impact of brain injury. BrainTrust Canada is located in both Kelowna and Vernon

The Community Recreational Initiatives Society (CRIS) is a unique and powerful non-profit and charitable organization. Their dedicated volunteers utilize adaptive equipment to assist people with disabilities to experience nature and outdoor recreation. They provide support to people with physical and mental disabilities by developing and implementing outdoor and wilderness recreation programs in order to promote independence, assist with integration, reduce isolation and improve mental well-being of these individuals.
